As of right now, no charges for d.u.i.
or drug charges have been filed.
The rest of this is of no real concern and can all be explained away. First knock was on back window with 13 people in the truck.
Misdemeanor.
May not have heard the knock.
Second knock on window made the girl in his lap (probably dancing) shift a bit. That will make any guy shift involuntarily.
If the truck is brand new, it’s possible the dealer hasn’t made the plate change in the computer yet. Doubtful but possible.
As of right now all this does is qualify him for a “here’s your sign” award.
